I've practised yoga for over fifteen years, and completed my 200-hour teacher training (YTT200) through the Embodied Flow™ method. I'm also drawn to tantric philosophy — particularly its view that feelings of inadequacy or brokenness aren't flaws to fix, but have a root worth working with directly.

Classes start calm and slow, with room for real challenge — growth asks a little discomfort of us. Down the track, I'll be adding a more advanced flow class for anyone wanting to build further.

I can't touch my toes, and neither do a lot of people who walk into a class for the first time. Flexibility was never the point — I teach from that understanding, not around it.

From the start, I've offered three ways in — a studio class, a community class, and a koha-based gentle session — because not everyone can pay full price, feels at ease in a studio, or wants the same thing on the same day.

What I hope for is simple: that you leave feeling an unfamiliar kind of ease, real contact with your own breath, and part of something bigger than yourself.
